Much of my painting inspiration comes from hiking the nearby Bruce Trail. The Bruce Trail is Canada’s oldest and longest marked footpath, a 900+ km trail following the Niagara Escarpment from Niagara-on-the-Lake to Tobermory in Southern Ontario, managed by volunteers to conserve the Escarpment's unique ecosystems and offer hiking, snowshoeing, and nature walks through forests, cliffs, and waterway
